Dynamictemps has initiated to have a Philippine branch
since 2003, but it was not until five years later
that it came into fruition.

The Executive Director of this company is a Filipina. As such, during her collaborations
with diversified business groups, she sometimes becomes the only Philippine national
who speaks freely about her beautiful second home country. She still considers the
United States of America as her first home, having migrated from the Philippines
in 1979.
The Workforce Behind Dynamic Temporaries
In one of these business meetings, one of the guests was a giant staffing agency
with over 200 staff, several satellite offices and a moderate benefits package.
She knew she could not compete number-wise, but a thought sparked: “why not
capitalize on what I bring over best?”. She then spoke about the over 400
Filipinos she has recruited since 1985, placing them on various jobs at the Marianas
Pacific, Guam and the Micronesian Islands. She spoke about the nurses, engineers,
computer specialists, scientists, geologists, accountants and auditors she has brought
over to California and Texas since 1989 – and out of this small number, a
big fraction of this number are now productive, tax-contributing U.S. citizens
and parents of productive, tax-contributing UNITED STATES CITIZENS.
From then on, that was her banner – the Immigrant - the workforce behind Dynamic
Temporaries. She emphasizes their agility, their skills and their dedication to
work. She also capitalized on their dreams to become future citizens, which make
them twice industrious, thrice vibrant and more focused on the future. Thus, they
become productive employees, they become one of the best workers
in the force… and some of them pass on their loyalties to their children,
thus making their employers look forward to a continuous labor chain… unsurpassed
and unquestionably committed. This is the Filipino worker… and Dynamic Temporaries
take pride in having some of them in its fold.
