The vision of Dynamic Synergy Resources, Inc (doing business as Dynamic Temporaries) is to be a worldwide premier staffing company that constantly supply customer-centered and customer-driven business-oriented solutions for small, medium and large enterprises in all industry sectors.

Our intent is to connect the United States with the Philippines or the Philippines with the various countries of the world, by having that leverage of supplying professional labor from a country that has been the prime supplier of labor in the international work market.

Dynamictemps has initiated to have a Philippine branch since 2003, but it was not until five years later that it came into fruition. It has its direct connection with this country by being accredited with the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) through its agent, Rosas Entertainment and Recruitment Agency.

The desired outcome of marketing the Filipinos as the top labor supply for global use was a vision then and a reality now. The company's inspiration to draw attention to this third world country that excels in science and technology, arts and music is slowly generating acceptance among foreign nationals, especially here in the United States. In recent years, overseas contract work has become the Philippines' prime export commodity. In the year following the 1997 Asian financial crisis, overseas Filipino worker remittances amounted to US $7 billion. As such, since 1980, the Philippine government has lauded these workers as the country's "new economic heroes ("bagong bayani").
